history in computer and technology-related issues. It was an easy and wise decision to use that background - a computer
engineering degree that followed work in electronics - to establish a business that offered personal attention and professional
skills. The goal: to serve individuals and small businesses and provide a "fair deal without the techno-babble."
Every customer is different, said Don Nyberg, " so some just want everything to work, and others want to also find out
how it works. I enjoy explaining computer issues, and it makes the customer more self-reliant, too."
Our 20-years of experience come on projects from diagnosing a blank screen on a stand-alone PC in the family
room to organizing extensive networks with thousands of units. We have worked as network adminstrators, Help Desk representatives
and trouble-shooting consultants. We have combined education with hands-on experience in hardware maintenance and repair,
and we have the certifications and references to prove it. We learn more every day, and we don't forget the lessons
that make our diagnostic skills reliable, our advice informed and our honesty unassailable. We like to think we are
naturally friendly and practical, too.
